Early this morning, a box truck smashed the storefront of Wijha in Hardenberg to bits, after which one or more perpetrators struck the garden center on Bruchterweg. A large number of garden machines and tools were loaded into the box truck and taken away. The police gave chase, but a burglar managed to escape in Klazienaveen in Drenthe. The devastation at Wijha is enormous.
