The Mille Miglia 2024 takes place in five stages from Tuesday 11th to Saturday 15th June. This year, the route is tackled in an anti-clockwise direction, starting from Brescia, with a scheduled stop in Turin and a stop in Genoa. This edition marks the forty-second re-enactment of this famous car race.

The Mille Miglia 2024 takes place from 11 to 15 June. This is an exciting race for historic cars with a five-stage route that starts from Brescia and passes through numerous Italian cities, including Turin, Genoa, Rome, Siena and Bologna.

The route takes place counterclockwise, as in 2021, crossing seven Italian regions and covering over 2,000 km with the presence of over 400 cars. To participate, vehicles must have or request the Registro 1000 Miglia certificate.

The Mille Miglia 2024 includes a fascinating route in five stages. The race starts from Brescia and passes through cities such as Bergamo, Novara and Vercelli. The official departure is scheduled for Tuesday 11 June at 12.30 from Viale Venezia in Brescia, with the Ferrari Tribute leaving from Iseo. After the first Time Trials at the Brescia Castle and a parade in Piazza Vittoria, the convoy heads towards Franciacorta, passing through Palazzolo, Bergamo, Novara and Vercelli, with final arrival in Turin in Piazza San Carlo.
On Wednesday 12 June, the race crosses Acqui Terme and the Faiallo Pass, reaching the Porto Antico of Genoa for the first race lunch. In the afternoon, the route passes through La Spezia, Massa and the Viareggio seafront, where the second stage ends.

Thursday 13 June, rehearsals begin at the walls of Lucca. The route continues towards the coast, passing through Castagneto Carducci and stopping in Castiglione della Pescaia for lunch. In the afternoon, the journey touches Lake Bolsena, the port of Marta and Ronciglione, with evening arrival in Rome and the traditional passage along Via Vittorio Veneto.
From Rome, the fourth stage takes the convoy towards Amelia and Orvieto, with a stop in Solomeo for lunch. In the afternoon, the cars cross the north shore of Lake Trasimeno, the Umbrian Apennines up to Sinalunga, passing through Siena and Piazza del Campo for a Time Check. Crossing the Chianti hills, the convoy reaches Prato and tackles the Futa and Raticosa passes, ending the day in San Lazzaro di Savena.

The last stage, Friday 14 June, sees the cars pass through Ferrara, Villafranca di Verona and Lake Garda, passing through Peschiera, Sirmione, Desenzano and Salò, where the last Stamp Control is held. The race ends with the final finish line in Viale Venezia in Brescia.
Participating cars
Only vehicles built before 31 December 1957 can participate in the Mille Miglia, which belong to a car model that participated in at least one edition of the 1000 Miglia between 1927 and 1957 and can be registered in the “Participant” and “Eligible” categories. ” of the 1000 Miglia Register.
The cars which, due to historical and sporting characteristics, are suitable to participate in the re-enactment of the race in the “Guest List” category can be included in the 1000 Miglia Register even if they have never taken part in one of the original editions of the 1000 Miglia.

The eligibility decision in the “Guest List” category is made by a dedicated Management Committee. To register, each vehicle must meet at least one of the following requirements: be in original condition, have been restored to its original configuration, or have documented modifications made during the period of use. Furthermore, period accessories and transformations are permitted only if documented.
