From 5 June the bathing establishment dedicated to disabled people and their families will reopen
Anzio, 3 June 2024 – Also this year, thanks to the collaboration between the ASL Roma 6, the Cooperativa Alteya Onlus and the Municipality of Anzio, the Riviera Mallozzi bathing establishment, dedicated to disabled people and their families, reopens.
The beach granted to the ASL Roma 6 and managed by Alteya Onlus is a space where disabled people and their families can feel safe, calm and protected as a first aid and rescue service is also provided. Walkways to facilitate the use of the entire beach, umbrellas, raised sunbeds, gazebos, JOB chairs for easier access to the water, lifeguard service and support staff: a beach entirely designed and created to meet the needs of our guests and guarantee the possibility of peacefully spending time by the sea, from 5 June to 15 September.
Access to the beach is free and permitted to people with disabilities recognized pursuant to law 104/92 article 3 paragraph 3 or civil disability with accompanying allowance. Each guest may be accompanied by a maximum of two people.
The beach is open every day from 8.30 am to 6.30 pm and to access a reservation is required which must be made by telephone on 347.7704828. The booking service is active every day from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 16.00. To guarantee the service to a greater number of guests, it will be possible to book for a maximum of 7 days (consecutive or split).
