The Municipality of Milan, on the one hand, has postponed the entry into force of the bans on diesel cars; on the other hand, it wants to limit (eliminate) the circulation of cars in the centre, establishing the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) of the Fashion District in Milan, active 24 hours a day every day.
The access ban is valid for all vehicles, with the exception of residents, people with parking authorization, owners of garages, those booked in garages, service vehicles for maintenance, craftsmen, emergency vehicles and social-health assistance.
