The 70th edition of the Tour of Overijssel has become a prey for Declan Trezise. The 21-year-old rider from Australia was surprisingly the fastest on the streets of Rijssen. On the finish he beat Oded Kogut from Israel. Coen Vermeltfoort, the winner of the past two editions, finished third.
