“The emergency is a time-dependent pathology, therefore it determines the need to be ready immediately and in a few minutes, this is precisely a characteristic of us resuscitation anesthetists who teach from an early age. So there are many young colleagues who in these days of congress they learn good clinical practices, guidelines, but also actions in the field. It is essential that all these things are learned from an early age, precisely because they happen little, not very frequently, but at the same time you must always be ready and alert. It is also important to be able to train and work as a team and this is one of Siaarti's challenges.” This was stated by Elena Bignami, director of Sc Anesthesia and Resuscitation of Parma and elected president of the Italian Society of Anesthesia, Analgesia, Resuscitation and Intensive Care, speaking at the National Congress of the Emergency Cultural Area (Ace) organized by Siaarti in Turin.
