Roma – Italy's Women's Artistic Gymnastics is preparing for the European Championships who will be giving away the Olympic qualification for Paris 2024. And he will compete at home in Rimini, at the Romagna city's fair. The competition will take place from 2 to 5 May.
Those called up by the Italian technical director Enrico Casella, assisted by the team manager Massimo Contaldo, are Alice D'Amato, Asia D'Amato, Manila Esposito, Elisa Iorio and Angela Andreoli.
The best gymnasts in the individual all-around will obtain an individual card for Paris 2024 (athletes from the National Olympic Committees already qualified for the team competition and obviously also athletes already qualified on an individual basis are always excluded). For National Olympic Committees that are unable to obtain a team quota, there is a maximum of three individualists per country. The discussion, however, does not concern Italy: the national team has in fact already qualified for the Olympic Games.
