The Fallout series on Prime Video is being an unprecedented success for the platform. The program has already become one of the most watched on the service and its second season is already underway, so many are already thinking about the new signings that Amazon could make for the new episodes. And one of them could be a real bomb.
In an interview with IGN, the showrunners from the series, Jonathan Nolan y Lisa Joy, were asked if any actor had approached them to ask if they could be present in the next seasons of the series. To the surprise of many, one of them was none other than Aaron Paul.
“Aaron Paul. Yeah, Aaron Paul was at the premiere, a human being that I love very much. And he was very polite. He was very excited about the show. There was kind of an unspoken, 'What's up, man?' But we've heard from a lot of people, and it's fun to see fans of Fallout come out of nowhere. People you've known for a while and you realize you've been playing this whole time. So it's been a lot of fun.”
Although this does not confirm absolutely anything, it is true that the directors will take Paul's name into account for the second season. After all, the actor has already worked with the showrunners on Westworld and, knowing that he is interested in appearing, it would not be surprising if Nolan and Joy give him a role in the next chapters of the show.
Since the end of Breaking Bad, Aaron Paul has appeared in all kinds of series and movies. And while his roles in projects like Westworld or Black Mirror were good, none can match the young and inexperienced Jesse Pinkman. Will we see him playing a new character in the second season of Fallout? Only time will tell.
