PSG, reportedly interested in bringing in the captain ChelseaReece James in the 2024 summer transfer window. The team from Paris wants to take advantage of the FFP (financial fair play) problems that the Blues are currently suffering from.
This 2023/24 season, Reece James is indeed a player prone to injury. He has only played eight of 30 matches in the Premier League so far. This also puts him at risk of not being included in the Euro 2024 squad with the England national team.
However, James is not devoid of fans. Goal reports that PSG is showing interest in him. It's not surprising, because Les Parisiens have actually been interested in this 24 year old player for a long time.

Luis Enrique's team was even able to make the transfer a reality because the Blues were able to release him to avoid FFP (financial fair play) penalties, after the team's income and expenditure were deemed unbalanced.
James, is now the main captain of Chelsea. However, regarding the FFP case, there have been plans emerging that the club could think about letting him go. Apart from him, Conor Gallagher is also rumored to be on the sales list.
