Pontinia 28 March 2024 – Macabre discovery of the Fipsas Fish Guards of Latina who found it during a normal check the head of a bovinedefinitely a cow, near the Selcella river on mile 47.
It is not the first discovery by the Fipsas Fish Guards, it now seems to be common practice, in “irregular slaughter”, to abandon waste from the processing of sheep, pigs or other animals which are then systematically left along the roads or river banks. The decomposition of these obviously puts public health and general hygiene in the urban context are at serious risk.
