They were struck by a significant increase in water and electricity consumption, two men aged 58 and 54 from Goor and Bentelo. The police then found a cannabis plantation in their building in Hengelo. Today they heard their punishment: both a community service of 180 and 200 hours respectively. In addition, the 54-year-old tenant of the building must pay more than one million euros in estimated profits.
