Xiaomi’s most important mid-range is renewed in style for another year. They are one of the great references in that price range and fortunately every year they continue to give reasons to bet on them. In the absence of being able to test them in our country, they have now been presented in China, we are looking at mobile phones that promise to take the quality-specification-price ratio very far.
Los Redmi Note 13 5G, Redmi Note 13 Pro and Redmi Note 13 Pro+ are now official. Three new models for one of the most recognizable families in the mid-range. These are its characteristics.

The first Redmi with IP68 water resistance
The design of Redmi Note 12 Pro left us somewhat cold but this year Xiaomi has taken good note. The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ is the first model in the family to have IP68 certification for water and dust resistance, a very unusual protection in the mid-range.
We are offered a device that also relies on a glass back, protected with Gorilla Glass Victus and opts for a curved 1.5K AMOLED panel with a fingerprint sensor on the screen.
The next model, the Redmi Note 13 Pro, is flat and although it is still protected by Gorilla Victus glass, it offers IP54 certification as usual.
The panels chosen are all 6.67-inch AMOLED. The Redmi Note 13 5G arrives with FullHD+ resolution, while the Pro models add a panel with a resolution of 2,712 x 1,220 pixels, 120 Hz refresh rate and up to 1,800 nits brightness.
Inside these new Redmi Note 13 we find two latest generation processors. The Redmi Note 13 Pro debuts the new Snapdragon 7S Gen 2, recently presented, while the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ incorporates the Dimensity 7200 Ultra, with more raw power than the Qualcomm model.
At the RAM memory level, the family also takes a leap, reaching up to 16 GB and starting from the base 12 GB in the Pro+ model. A similar situation regarding storage, where Xiaomi chooses to offer a minimum of 256 GB.
For the battery, the three models are around 5,000 mAh, but what changes significantly is the charging speed. The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ reaches up to 120 watts in fast charging.
MIUI 14 based on Android 13 is the operating system that we will have in all three models. All three have 5G connectivity, NFC, 3.5 mm headphone jack and WiFi 6 connectivity in the Pro+ model.
The photographic section also receives its share of love, with a 200 megapixel main sensor on Pro models, an ISOCELL HP3 manufactured by Samsung. The difference is found in the aperture lens, f/1.88 in the Pro and 1/1.65 in the Pro+. The wide angle is 8 megapixels and has a third 2 megapixel sensor for depth and macro.
Versions and price of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Series
The new Redmi Note 13 were presented today in China. At the moment, their international availability has not been announced, although following the panorama of every year, they will foreseeably be available in Spain by the end of the year. These are the official prices, starting with the Redmi Note 13 Pro+.
Redmi Note 13 Pro+ (12/256 GB): 1,999 yuan, about 257 euros at the exchange rate.
Redmi Note 13 Pro+ (12/512 GB): 2,099 yuan, about 270 euros at the exchange rate.
Redmi Note 13 Pro+ (16/512 GB): 2,199 yuan, about 282 euros at the exchange rate.
