Although it has not yet been officially announced for the Nintendo Switch or any other specific platform, there are expectations surrounding “Tales of the Shire”an upcoming game of The Lord of the rings developed by Wētā Workshop and Private Division. The game is scheduled to launch on “consoles” in 2024.
So far, information is scarce and the teaser It’s more of a reveal of the title.. However, the game’s website description suggests that it might not be as action-oriented as other games in the Lord of the Rings saga.
The words “Cozy” and “Heart-warming” suggest a life simulation or farm game set in the Shire, something more relaxed compared to typical epic adventures. Although the teaser does not specify which consoles it will be available on, the Switch could be a candidate given its affinity for “cozy” games.
