We knew for some time now that Private Division and Weta Workshop were working on a new video game based on The Lord of the Rings; well, now this project has been officially presented: it’s about Tales of the Shire: A The Lord of the Rings Game.
Unfortunately, the teaser trailer released in these hours does not reveal much, except that the game will be set in the Shire, the small, peaceful region of Middle-earth where the Hobbits reside. The project is defined as “a cozy video game set in Middle-earth”, but unfortunately no other details are known.
We just know that Tales of the Shire: A The Lord of the Rings Game uscirà su PC e console nel corso del 2024.
