Owner of bankrupt Megahome personally liable for millions in debt

Real estate giant Willy Welles is personally liable for the debt of Megahome in Almelo. The court ruled that the company went bankrupt due to improper management by the Zendernaar and his associate, who are therefore personally liable. The debt currently stands at 264 million euros. It is not clear what debt will remain once the bankruptcy is completed.
