The signs warning about the road surface are impossible to miss, and the maximum speed has been reduced from 80 to 30 km per hour in some parts. Yet in some parts road users shake dangerously back and forth along the Almelo-De Haandrik Canal. Something has to be done one way or another, but the thought of excavators causes fear among local residents.
