The library must have a much greater role in society and the government wants to allocate tens of millions of euros for this. The plans are received enthusiastically in the library in Losser. The library is no longer a place where you quietly select your book, but has grown into much more: “We have transformed our knowledge and skills into a contemporary place where you can be, where you can learn, where you get inspired.”
