Titled The Revenge of Moon Knight, the new adventures of the Marvel superhero promise a gritty story full of violence.
Marvel has announced a spectacular new Moon Knight comic. The character from the Marvel Universe will once again wander between the complex natures of Marc Spector and Steve Grant in a work that will be titled Revenge of Moon Knight and for which we already have the official cover.
Once the next episodes of the Moon Knight regular series a Marvelwhich will close all the currently open plots and will have their climax in issue 30, screenwriter Jed MacKay and artist Alessandro Capuccio will once again narrate the next step in the life of Marc Spector.
He comic Moon Knight’s Revenge It promises to be a spectacular journey for the Marvel character. A journey full of unexpected turns and great surprises that will tell a stark, raw and violent story, as is usual in this title so different from the rest of the publishing house.
A rebirth of sorts for Moon Knight
“Moon Knight may be dying, but in this comic he will rise and claw from the grave,” Jed MacKay promised about Moon Knight’s Revenge. “As Midnight Mission reels from a recent loss, is Marc Spector still lurking in the darkness of the streets?”
“Despite the apocalyptic events at the end of Moon Knight, we have a lot left to tell in its story,” stated the screenwriter. Something that Alessandro Capuccio completely agrees with, a cartoonist who did not want to lose the opportunity to continue in the life of Marc Spector.
“This new cycle of Moon Knight will bring several surprises to readers,” the illustrator warned. “I’m looking forward to showing them in the coming months.” A few coming months that will not only revitalize the Marvel Comics character in strictly narrative terms, but also in aesthetic and artistic terms.
“This is going to be a new Moon Knight,” revealed Alessandro Capuccio. “A new Knight unites both in appearance and spirit. The character needed a change of look to adapt to his new situation.” Of course, expectations are high with this comic.
Moon Knight’s Revenge It will go on sale next June 3, 2024 in United States. As usual, it will take a few more months to arrive in Spain. But we will be waiting for his story.
