On September 21 and 23, 2023, changes to the Hollow Knight: Silksong Steam page, including a change to the art showing Hornet. Here you can see it:
fans have seen set off alarms since then. While these adjustments could be considered pre-launch activities, they don’t necessarily mean an announcement is near. During 2023, Steam’s product listing for the title has received several updates, such as changes to user tags. Additionally, on January 13, SteamDB noted a change in the release date, which is now listed as “TBD.”
In May 2023, Team Cherry announced that the game’s release would be delayed beyond the first half of the year. However, in Japan, there will be a release related to the game this year: Nendoroid figures of Knight and Hornet will debut in November 2023 and will arrive in the West in the first quarter of 2024.
Hollow Knight: Silksong will be available on multiple platforms, including Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC via Steam. The title was delayed a while ago. No other release window has been confirmed, so we’ll have to stay tuned to see if it ends up arriving this year or not, although it doesn’t seem likely.
