ProsiebenSat opens at Mediaset. CEO Bert Habets: “Dialogue to truly seek cooperation models”
The dialogue between ProsiebenSat e Simple it’s more open than ever. The German broadcaster, previously much more reluctant to create a bridge with Silvio Berlusconi’s creation (and now his son), seems intent on building a bridge. It seems like a century has passed since the “niet” of the former CEOs Max Conze e Rainer Beaujean of 2019, while Mediaset has now secured a direct stake of 28.9% as majority shareholder, as well as a member in the Supervisory Board, Katharina Behrends.

In fact, the German broadcaster’s quarterly reports are expected in November and the forecasts are not rosy at all.
