Many refugees are currently coming to the Netherlands, including unaccompanied minors. Last year there were more than 4,200. Many of these young people have fled war violence and other threats. Most refugees arrive at the Ter Apel application centre. Because there are too few reception locations, the COA is looking for additional (temporary) locations for this specific target group throughout the country, including in Zwolle.
