The support of the fans in this fight has been important and today an Xbox board of directors recognized them.

Through a post on her Twitter account, Sarah Bond, corporate vice president of Xbox, acknowledged and thanked the support of the brand’s fans during the complicated process for the approval of the purchase of Activision Blizzard. Likewise, the directive celebrated that more than 40 countries have given the go-ahead for the purchase, which will be one of the largest in the history of the digital technology sector and the largest in the video game industry.

Likewise, Sarah Bond called on fans to be respectful of all parties because in the end it is about all players enjoying the titles: “the support and defense of the Xbox community for the acquisition of ABK is epic. The acquisition of Activision Blizzard by Microsoft was recently approved by South Korea, a country that joined the approval granted by the European Union and China, approvals that have increased the possibilities for the deal to come true.
