Suara.com – The Central Sulawesi (Central Sulawesi) Regional Police Chief Inspector General Pol Agus Nugroho chose the diction of sexual intercourse with a minor rather than rape in relation to the 15-year-old ABG case in Parigi Moutong (Parimo). He asked that the term rape be no longer used.
The reason for changing the term ‘rape’ to ‘coagulation’ for a child is because it is in accordance with the references to the applicable law.
It is known that the girl allegedly had intercourse with 11 men. Of the 11 suspected perpetrators, there were members of Mobile Brigade, village heads to elementary school teachers.
