This is Dimension Shellshock, content that will reach all platforms at some point this year. The DLC will add some very exciting new features, including a very popular character who has been a recurring guest in the franchise.

Dimension Shellshock will debut this year with several new features
Dimension Shellshock will take the beloved Ninja Turtles on a new adventure across the multiverse. Shredder is back with his evil plans and wants to destroy all dimensions, so our mission will be to stop him on an epic journey.
Tribute Games confirmed that the DLC will include a new game mode in which we will travel to various dimensions to destroy hordes of enemies. The studio stated that it will share more details about it in the future.
The other great novelty of the DLC is Usagi Yojimbo, the samurai rabbit created by Stan Sakai. The character has fought alongside the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on several occasions, so now he will join them in TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge.
The content will also add new color palettes for the turtles, so it will be possible to customize them and even give them a retro touch. Lastly, we know that new music from Tee Lopes will be added.
Dimension Shellshock does not have a release date yet, but it is a fact that it will arrive this year. Below you can see its first trailer:
