ABU DHABI – The Indonesian Embassy in Abu Dhabi is again facilitating trade, investment and employment missions in activities packaged in the Indonesia-UAE Dynamic Week 2023. This activity will be carried out from 5-14 June 2023.
One of the main series of activities is facilitating Kadin Dubai meetings with key companies in Indonesia.
The Indonesian Ambassador to PEA Husin Bagis said that within a week the Indonesian Embassy in Abu Dhabi would facilitate various interests in trade, investment, employment and the economy.
“The Kadin Dubai Representative Office is expected to contribute positively to increasing economic cooperation between the two countries, especially trade and investment,” he said in an official statement to the media on the sidelines of the Kadin Dubai Representative Office Inauguration in Jakarta, Tuesday (6/6/2023).
Husin stated that the opening of the Kadin Dubai representative office was the vision of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammad bin Rashid to increase economic cooperation with Indonesia.
“Meetings are being held by Kadin Dubai with national private companies and state-owned companies that have the potential to open offices in Dubai and become partners with Dubai companies in Indonesia,” he said.
The former Trade Attaché of the Indonesian Embassy in Tokyo considers that the plan to open a representative office in Jakarta is very strategic.
“The Indonesian Embassy in Abu Dhabi through the representative office of the Ministry of Investment in Abu Dhabi (IIPC) helps facilitate the necessary administration,” said Husin.
The Kadin Dubai delegation led by Vice President International Relations Hassan Al Hashemi assessed that Indonesia has enormous potential to partner with Dubai companies in working on markets in the Middle East and Africa.
