Zwolle resident Dave S. (39), who is suspected of the brutal rape of a 70-year-old fellow townsman, appears to have dumped the corpse of Tara Dorgelo (27) from IJsselmuiden, a friend of his, in a shopping cart in the water. This is evident from research by RTV Oost. After serving his prison sentence, S. was under the supervision of the probation service for years, whose employees saw him slipping at a certain point and raised the alarm about this. However, because the imposed period of probation supervision expired, they then had to watch helplessly how S. could move freely in society again.
