The TrippleLines YouTube channel has given us a 3D view of what the final design of the Himalayan 450 will look like, allowing us to observe the motorcycle clearly and sharply compared to spy holes in traffic or with camouflaged parts.
Observing the rear three-quarter view, one notices an unusual detail, namely the tailpipe with lsquared and high-tech lines that don’t marry well with the overall lines of the bike: we therefore feel like excluding the possibility that the production model could have such an exhaust.
As for the overall lines of the superstructures instead, the renderings confirm what has been seen in the numerous spy shots in these months; a slender silhouette that gradually becomes more muscular around the tank, emphasizing the centralization of the masses. Furthermore, the black color chosen by the designer TrippleLines probably not to go overboard could be the main color variant, as all the photos of the prototype showed this color.
It is also unlikely that the front end with such a slim fairing will be introduced as standard.
The issue of the dual version with a 21″ and 17″ front wheel remains to be further evaluated, since the renderings show only one version which, based on the dimensions, seems to adopt the larger diameter of the two.
We should therefore wait for further scoop or official information from Royal Enfield, where everything is silent, apart from the video-teaser launched months ago in which it confirmed the arrival of the Himalayan 450
