Written and directed by Àlex and David Pastor, Bird Box: Barcelona will be available on Netflix from July 14, 2023.
This summer Netflix will add to its catalog Bird Box: Barcelona, movie spin-off of the successful blind in which he starred Sandra Bullock on the platform back in 2018.

What is the blind blind spin-off about?
Written and directed by Alex and David Pastor (Los últimas días, Hogar, The Head), Bird Box: Barcelona will once again tell us about the beginning of this apocalyptic world for those viewers who did not see Sandra Bullock’s film in its day.
Thus, your plot will start with a mysterious supernatural presence that invades the planet and causes those who see it to enter a kind of possession that makes them want to commit suicide.
Under this premise we have Sebastián, one of the few survivors left in Barcelona and who, together with a small group of people, will try to walk its streets to escape the city. However, soon all of them will realize that there is a new and unexpected threat even more dangerous.
