Square Enix shares an epic new trailer for Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis, the role-playing game for iOS and Android that retraces the events of the original (and 2020 remake).
Square Enix was one of the great protagonists of the Summer Game Fest yesterday, June 8. Mainly because of the epic new trailer for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, which is coming to PS5 in early 2024, but also because of the new information about Final Fantasy 7 Ever Crisis.
maybe you don’t remember this RPG for mobilebut it was announced at the same time as The First Soldier (the Battle Royale of Final Fantasy VII).
Of course, Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis looks better, since reviews the events of the 1997 classic, as well as the 2020 remakewith a particular chibi style… halfway.
While the events of the original Final Fantasy 7 will be shown in chibi style, the new snippets (which reveal Sephirot’s origin) will run with more modern and realistic graphics.
Square Enix’s idea is release Ever Crisis episodicso that it covers all the history that we already know from Final Fantasy VII, as well as a new chapter as a prequel.
How to pre-register for the FFVII Ever Crisis beta
In addition to showing a new trailer (at Summer Game Fest 2023), Square Enix has opened pre-registrations for Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis, both for Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store) devices.
However, users who play on an Android device have a great advantage: they will be able to participate in the closed beta, scheduled for mid-July.
Anyone who pre-registers for Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis on an Android phone or tablet will be able to activate the closed beta on July 6 and 13 of this year.

At the event, Square Enix has also announced that Kazushige Nojima has taken over the new plot elements of Ever Crisis. As we say, they focus on the origins of Sephirot.
