The Italian rider, awaiting today’s medical check, will be back on track after the injury this weekend at Mugello. The goals are high

The confirmation from the Ducati Lenovo Team has been public for a few days now: Enea Bastianini will be back in action just this weekend at the Italian Grand Prix at Mugello. The fundamental condition, however, is that he passes the medical check scheduled for today, which will take place right at the circuit.
Enea’s only appearance after the bad accident in Portimao was at the Spanish GP, return attempt that vanished due to the continuous pain in the shoulder. But now, after the long recovery break and a positive test with the Ducati Panigale V4 S at Mugello, the “Beast” is ready to get back into action, more motivated than ever.
Aeneas Bastianini: “I like the Mugello circuit a lot. In the past I got excellent results here, so the goal is to do it again this year. Of course, after so many weeks of absence it won’t be easy. I rode here a week ago with the Panigale V4 S and I felt good, but obviously with the Desmosedici GP it will be something else. In any case, I’m motivated. It’s our home race and I aim to do well”.
