Nick Fury in Secret Invasion
There is less left to see Secret Invasion on Disney +! However, Marvel fans have been surprised by the latest news.
Marvel has surprised with Secret Invasion and an unexpected announcement. A new official press release from Disney about its upcoming Disney+ premieres in June reveals that the new MCU TV series will not premiere with multiple episodes. This has been common in other programs like Hawkeye, She-Hulk or Moon Knight, to name a few examples.
When the next June 21 arrives, the Secret Invasion series will only premiere the first episode for fans to devour. The second episode of the Marvel Studios show will premiere the following week, with a normal weekly frequency. Although one-episode premiere is the norm these days, more than a handful of big Disney+ series started their run with multiple episodes. This is the case of Obi-Wan Kenobi, season 2 of The Bad Batch Season or even WandaVision. All of them debuted with up to two episodes. That is why fans have been surprised by this announcement.
Why is only one episode released during its debut?

There are many reasons why some Marvel shows like Secret Invasion can have multi-episode premieres and others can’t. Often, it can be a studio decision due to scheduling. For example, if a studio has two different series and wants to release them at a certain time without overlapping. Then there’s the reason companies often don’t support: a decision made due to lack of faith in the quality of the project. However, everything indicates that the television series that will adapt the emblematic story of the comics will not be without quality. And it will have great connections with The Marvels, the long-awaited sequel to Brie Larson in the role of Carol Danvers.
