The words of Marco Bezzecchi
Marco Bezzecchi is satisfied with his second time at Mugello: “It’s only Friday, but it’s important to be in front. It’s a good start because I was fast both on the flying lap and on the long runs. Duel with Bagnaia? Pecco, I think it’s a a little faster, we crossed paths during the second session and I think he has more margin. However, we are only at the beginning, so I am ready for the challenge.”
“Since Le Mans I’ve found a good way to work, I feel better in the time-attack, something I lacked previously. You have to be constant and continue on this path”, he added in general about his growth.
After six titles won by Valentino Rossi in eight years, the Spanish riders took the lion’s share of the MotoGP world championship. From 2012 to 2020 only they won, with Jorge Lorenzo, twice world champion, Marc Marquez (6) and Joan Mir, triumphant in 2020 with his Suzuki.
