Thanks to the “Look to Kitchen”, a singular initiative that is enjoying great success: in front of the garage the Porsche Penske team has set up the workshop which is visible to all: on the side of the garage there is the mechanical area with gearboxes, suspensions and brakes, while beyond the paddock walkway is the workshop with the bodywork and aerodynamic parts.
Technique enthusiasts can “snoop” because the external walls of the two workshops are glazed so that the interventions of the mechanics and the necessary adjustments will be visible.
Not only that, but the Germans have decided to set up two screens that also show the activity in the pits, so it will be possible to follow live everything that happens at 963 during the 24 Hours. Other than screens and shutters closed. Engaging and spectacular: a new route has opened that could lead the way in the near future…
