The club has reached an agreement with the American brand for an initiative aimed at promoting the Under 21 European Championships which will take place in the country
Those bottles had become an accident. A few weeks ago, the Georgian media had released images of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia’s face printed on the Coca-Cola label, yet they had never been seen on the market. Before it was clarified that it was only the prototypes that were not expected to be disseminated, it was even thought that Napoli had found a possible violation of the image rights of one of its members by the famous brand. None of this, indeed. The club has made it known, through an official note, that the parties have reached an agreement for the creation of the 500 ml bottles in limited edition and will be available for sale only in Georgia. The initiative is aimed at promoting the Under 21 European Championships, which the country will host together with Romania from 21 June to 8 July, and which will also see the participation of Italy.

The face of Kvaratskhelia on the bottles of Coca-Cola (global partner of Napoli) to support the event is a concrete indication of the possibility that he will be among the squad for the Under 21 team for the tournament. The striker, awarded by the League as Mvp of the Serie A championship that has just ended, will however first be busy with the senior national team for the two qualifying matches for the next European Championships: these are the two away matches against Cyprus (June 17) and Scotland (June 20).
