James Cameron’s film debuts today in streaming to treat fans on Disney+ and offer us more than three hours of science fiction.
Few movies have made it past $1 billion at the box office since the coronavirus pandemic broke out, and only one has made it past $2 billion: Avatar: The Water Sense. James Cameron’s film was the definitive shock that the global box office needed.
The anticipation of returning to Pandora more than a decade after the movie original film was the main engine that maintained interest in the new installment of the saga that has managed to have not one, but both films on the podium of the highest grossing films in history.

Such has been the success of the film at the box office that it has taken almost six months to reach streaming, much longer than the time we are used to today for most feature films.
But the wait is over. Avatar: The Sense of Water lands today on the House of Mouse streaming platform so fans can reel off each sequence and get some oil out of their impeccable CGI work.

For a while now, the film of James Cameron is available in the platform catalog to take us back to Pandorawhich is once again under threat from the Resource Development Administration (RDA).
Jake Sully (Sam Worthington), Neytiri (Zoe Saldaña) and her family join the Metkayina tribe, residents of the oceanic regions of Pandora. The depths of the sea will be the main protagonists of the film, offering us spectacular new landscapes to explore.
Remember that if you feel like embarking on this new adventure and you want to see it all at once, you should set aside three hours for it, because James Cameron’s film reaches the 3 hours and 12 minutes counting the credits.
