The Necromancer is one of the best classes in Diablo IV, as it possesses a unique ability through the Book of the Dead. We teach you how the summoning of a golem works.
Hell has come to Earth in Diablo 4, the new installment in Blizzard’s action-RPG saga, which It is available since yesterday on PlayStation, Xbox and PC. Only with the help of heavenly troops and numerous classes will you be able to stop Lilith’s demonic forces.
As in previous installments, the greatness of Diablo 4 resides in its different classes. There will be those who play as a Barbarian, while others opt for the magical abilities of the Sorceress class.
However, there is one class worth trying: the Necromancer. It has an exclusive ability that can smooth your journey through Sanctuary, thanks to the Book of the Dead.
The Necromancer can summon different creatures from the Underworld to fight by his side. In this Diablo 4 guide we explain how summoning a golem works.
Summon a golem: how it works
If you choose the Necromancer class, you should know that you can summon different creatures from the Underworld. This can be done with the unique ability Book of the Dead.
At first you will only be able to summon skeletons, but as you level up, other creatures are unlocked. The golem is the most powerful being that you can summon.
How do you summon a golem? In order to do so, you will first need to unlock this ability with your Diablo 4 Necromancer class.
If you take a look at the interface of the Book of the Dead, you will see that you can summon this powerful creature. We remind you that it is also possible to customize the skeletons, which are the basic soldiers of the Necromancer.
The first thing to do is level up to level 25 as a Necromancer. Doing so will trigger the quest Call of the Underworld. If we complete it we can summon a golem.
Now you need to assign the summon ability of a golem to your skill tree. Go into this class submenu, tap on Skill Assignment, and go to the bottom to see the ones that are exclusive to the Necromancer.
Assign the golem summon to your skill bar. Now you can summon this creature, which will die when its health bar is at zero. You can also do it from the general tab of the Book of the Dead, which it will give you bonuses and allows you to customize the golems.
The best golems
Now that you know how to summon a golem, you should know that there are different types. No, we mean personalization through the Book of the Dead.
As we level up as a Necromancer, we will be unlocking new classes of golems for invocations.
These are the three best golems you can summon in Diablo 4:
blood golem: unlocks at level 28. He can heal himself thanks to his special ability, and also absorbs 15% of the damage you take. You can increase his maximum health by sacrificing. iron Golem: unlocks at level 32. Unleash a brutal burst attack that kills multiple enemies at once, on the fifth AoE special hit. You can increase his critical damage by 30% with the sacrifice. bone golem: unlocks at level 25, just by getting the summon ability. He is able to distract the enemy, summon skeletons upon taking damage, and increase his attack speed with sacrifice.
Diablo IV is available from June 6 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One y PC. More seasons will arrive in the coming months (every three months), as well as expansions and updates from Blizzard.
