Although the Xbox first party has taken a major hit this year with Redfall, also enjoyed a very early win with Hi–Fi Rush, a game that came out of nowhere and emerged as a huge surprise to everyone. The vibrant rhythm action game by Tango Gameworks received a lot of acclaim after its release, and for those who want a similar game, something similar could be announced soon.
As recently spotted by a user on Reddit, new hidden Achievements for Hi–Fi Rush have recently been added to the Steam backend, according to tracking site SteamDB, with the name of each Achievement bearing the placeholder title “TBA“. You can see a screenshot below.
The hypothesis that immediately jumped into the eyes of many is that new contents for Hi–Fi Rush are on the way and could be announced soon. With the Xbox Games Showcase set for June 11, this could be a possibility.
In March, it was announced that Hi–Fi Rush had surpassed 2 million players. Reports surfaced shortly thereafter that the game would not live up to Microsoft’s internal commercial expectations, though Xbox executive Aaron Greenberg has denied those reports, calling Tango Gameworks’ title a “breakthrough success” which was successful “in all major parameters and expectations”.
Hi–Fi Rush is available on Xbox Series X/S and PC.
