There is already clarity in Hengelo. “We leave the date 100 percent certain,” says Mark Nijenmanting, president of the Lions Hengelo, who are organizing the event for the fourteenth time. This year with a new look and at a new location, in the Prins Bernhard Plantsoen in the center of Hengelo. “We put a lot of time and energy into this and we have about 200 visitors.” Moving to a later date is not an option, says Nijenmanting, who has a keg from last year auctioned for charity. “The quality is fine, I don’t doubt that for a moment.”
