Suda51’s studio changes the date of its next announcement to June 15. On its official website (decorated for its 25th anniversary) we can see a countdown.
The guys at Grasshopper Manufacture are up to something. The study led by Court51 is going through a sweet moment in his career, since This year they celebrate their 25th anniversary.. They are the creators of titles as acclaimed as No More Heroes or Killer7.
However, a change of scenery never hurts. Grasshopper Manufacture has plenty of talent to delve into other genres, although honestly, it’s something we can’t imagine.
A few months ago, the Suda51 studio celebrated its 25-year history with a countdown. This fixed an important announcement for June 9, at 08:00 AM. That is, for this same Friday.
However, in the last few hours, the Grasshopper website shows that the countdown has changed. Now we will have to wait a little longer.
Concretely, the countdown places that there are 9 days and 10 hours left (with the consequent variation of minutes and seconds) so that we know the new announcement of the study. What will they surprise us with?
New from Grasshopper Manufacture
It is a difficult change to explain. When Suda51’s study set the first date, everything made sense: June 9, just the day after the Summer Game Fest celebration (which begins this Thursday at 9:00 p.m. Spanish time).

According to a leak from last year, Suda51’s studio is working on a new Alien game. Yes, it sounds incredible, but at the same time it is an idea that seduces us a lot.
This Alien game would opt for terror and survival, in the style of what we saw in Alien Isolation, but with small touches of Resident Evil or Silent Hill.
Leak suggests Grasshopper Manufacture’s game would see the light at Christmas 2023, so an announcement now would make a lot of sense. In that case, remember that the company that usually publishes the releases of the Alien IP is Sega.
