It will be a multifunctional area to offer services to the community, not just for sports, taking advantage of the strategic location of the plant, in the heart of the Motor Valley

The new FMI Technical Center dedicated to off-road becomes a reality. The signature of the agreement between the IMF and the Municipality of Faenza for the construction of the new Federal Centre.
The conference, held in the FMI hospitality inside the MotoGP paddock, was attended by IMF President Giovanni Copioliil Vice Mayor and Councilor for Productive Activities of the Municipality of Faenza Andrea Fabbri e Andrea Doviziosofresh from the introduction in the MotoGP Legends Hall of Fame.
IMF, Faenza and Dovizioso, the protagonists of the renewal of Monte Coralli slope. Indeed, as already announced, the track, whose twenty-year management has been assigned to Dovi and his company RPM, will also be renewed with funds from the PNRR “Sport and inclusion-Cluster3”, assigned thanks to the IMF’s decision to focus on the Municipality of Faenza.
A job that involves the expansion of sports facilities and hospitality services, as well as a new track with high quality standards for pilots of all levels. Crucial characteristics also for the future FMI Technical Center dedicated to off-road vehicles which, thanks to the signing of the agreement with Faenza, signed in acknowledgment by Dovizioso and RPM, is now a reality. The spaces inside the Monte Coralli dedicated to the Federal Center will concern an office, a teaching room with various uses and a motorcycle shelter which will be used for the training of pilots and technicians, dedicated to the collective rallies of the Azzurri Talents and to the many educational projects of the FMI, a sports federation that is also committed to collaborating with educational institutions.
All to make Monte Coralli, together with Dovizioso and Faenza, a multifunctional area to offer services to the community, not just sports, taking advantage of the plant’s strategic position, in the heart of the Motor Valley. Precisely in that Romagna recently hit by the tragedy of the flood and immediately proved to be ready to get up again. The collaboration just signed between the IMF and the Municipality of Faenza is therefore a further sign of recovery and restart.
Giovanni Copioli, IMF President
I am thrilled to have implemented the agreement with the Municipality of Faenza. Now the adventure of our new Federal Technical Center dedicated to off-road can begin. We immediately engaged in this project which I am sure will bring visibility, energy and services to the whole territory. And I’m particularly happy to be able to announce it in this difficult moment for Romagna, a sign that we continue to look ahead and are ready to start again with enthusiasm. I can only thank the other two players in the initiative for their commitment, enthusiasm and expertise, Andrea and the Municipality of Faenza, without whom the realization of this ambitious renovation project would not be possible. With this new federal center for off-road vehicles, we will thus expand the excellent work already underway with the Misano center dedicated to speed.
Andrea Fabbri, Deputy Mayor of Faenza and Councilor for Productive Activities
In a very painful moment for the city, I thank the IMF and President Copioli for continuing to believe in the Monte Coralli project in Faenza. Now more than ever we need everyone’s support, convinced that the Italian Motorcycle Federation together with Andrea Dovizioso will be able to better manage the sports facility, contributing to the economic recovery of our territory.
Andrea Dovizioso
I am extremely honored by FMI’s decision to select 04 Park – Monte Coralli as the Federal Center for off-road activity. This prestigious partnership with the Italian Motorcycle Federation fills me and my team with pride and we are convinced that it will lead to significant results. We worked closely with the FMI to design 04 Park – Monte Coralli as a world-class facility, pooling our expertise to create a one-of-a-kind infrastructure from a sporting and educational point of view. Supporting the development of the Italian off road scene and seeing the growth both from a sporting and personal point of view of the FMI athletes who will train here makes this project even more special for me. I look forward to seeing the progress and success this partnership will bring to the off-road world.
