Four windmills
Windpark De Lutte is about the construction of four windmills along the A1, close to the border with Germany. According to calculations by initiator Prowind, the wind farm will soon be able to supply 20,000 households with electricity. On the other side of the border, on German territory, there are plans to build two additional wind turbines.
The Tegenwind Foundation, a group of local residents and other stakeholders, is trying to prevent the arrival of the wind turbines in De Lutte.
