A few months after Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2023, thousands of Duelists from across Europe are preparing to showcase their skills in Yu-Gi-Oh! challenging each other in National Championships. Between May and June, 21 European countries will host the Yu-Gi-Oh! National Championshipswith the best Duelists on the continent ready to do battle.
The wait Italian leg of the 2023 National Championships will take place on 3 and 4 June at Bologna Fiere. Two days during which the best Duelists of our country will face each other with no holds barred. The tournament will start on June 3 with a Swiss system tournament, the best players will form the Top Cut. On June 4, Duelists entering the Top Cut will compete in a single-elimination tournament, with the overall winner crowned National Champion. Also, the winner will receive an exclusive Super Rare edition of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series Prize Cardas well as access all’European Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship Qualifier 2023.
In most National Championships (including Italy) a National Championship dragon duel. These events are for younger Duelists, born in 2009 or later, and will award prizes similar to those in the main events. There may also be numerous public events and other attractions taking place in each national league, we recommend checking with the tournament organizer for more information.
The 2022 edition of the Yu-Gi-Oh! National Championships saw more than 8,000 Duelists compete for the title of National Champion. Again this year, Konami Digital Entertainment BV (KONAMI) awaits thousands of players, ready to compete to secure a place in the highly anticipated Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship.
