Monolith Soft, Xenoblade Chronicles studio, pampers its workers
According to a report by Gamesindustry.biz, Monolith Soft reported that starting this month it will increase the wages of its workers in order to keep their income in line with inflation and also to provide certainty in this section. In the same way, the Japanese company announced that it will also increase the income received by recently graduated professionals who join its ranks, this to attract talent and have them covered from the beginning of their career as developers.

Monolith Soft was founded as a studio in 1999 by Tetsuya Takahashi, Squaresoft’s creative genius responsible for Xenogears. After passing through the control of Namco, in 2007 it was acquired by Nintendo and its main objective was to develop a JRPG franchise giving rise to Xenoblade Chronicles that debuted on Wii and has followed with releases on Wii U and Nintendo Switch.
Thanks to his talent, the studio began to support other Nintendo projects and is considered a fundamental piece in the creation and success of the current era of The Legend of Zelda, being part of Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.
