SuaraBandungBarat.id – PT KAI (Persero) confirmed what was going viral on social media regarding the KLB group of SMAN 3 Bandung. As reported by PT KAI’s official website (kai.id), the KLB group from SMAN 3 Bandung departed from Bandung Station to Surabaya Gubeng Station.
According to PT KAI’s statement, the KBL SMAN 3 Bandung departed from Friday (12/5) at 06.20 WIB and arrived in Surabaya on Friday (12/5) at 17.06 WIB. In one series of KLB SMAN 3 Bandung, 7 executive class carriages were used with a capacity of 350 passengers.
It was stated that PT KAI provides Extraordinary Trains (KLB) that can be rented by customers. In addition, customers can also determine the type of train, schedule, and departure and arrival stations.

The prospective customer then submits a request for group transportation containing the number of passengers, relations, and travel schedule. After that, PT KAI will check the availability of the series and make a fare offer.
If an agreement has been reached, then a report of the agreement is made. In the minutes of this agreement, there is a DP (down payment) that must be paid. If the DP has been paid, PT KAI will prepare the train facilities.
KAI’s VP Public Relations Joni Martinus explained, prospective KLB customers are expected to register at least D-7 before departure. Because PT KAI needs to prepare all aspects so that KLB services are optimal.
“It is hoped that the presence of this KLB service can be utilized by the public to enjoy more exclusive train travel and remain safe, comfortable and healthy, KAI is committed to always providing the best service for the community,” concluded Joni.
