Strikerz has released a new dev diary, the third, to talk about UFLthe free-to-play football title scheduled for release during this year (exact date not yet announced). Today’s video, which you can see at the bottom of the news, shows the developers talking about the core of the gameplaystarting from things that could be taken for granted, but which instead can prove to be more difficult, such as the work done on the goalkeepers, passing through the input from the controller to the game, or the flicks that players can make: while not implemented yet, the developers are thinking of putting personal flicks for some players. Still on the subject of plays, it is also shown how the players who make them behave and how the defenders with slides or tackles. In the final part they are also shown passes and shots of different kind. The developers obviously make it clear that the game is constantly evolving, and things that may have seemed brilliant before may become less effective over time.
Below you can watch the video, remembering that UFL will be free-to-play for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One e Xbox Series X/S, and currently has a generic 2023 release date. At this link a previous gameplay footage of the alpha version.
