Through a gameplay trailer we can see how the title unfolds the full potential of Unreal Engine 5 in the world of Setera, a gigantic setting that will be in perpetual evolution due to the changes of the seasons. The kingdom has become the front line of war against the Void, a very powerful threat. The members who follow his cause are practically immortal, so our task will be to put an end to it.
The combat will allow us to fight in real time after choosing between the swordsman, ranger, sorcerer, paladin, berserker and assassin classes. Of course, we can customize from top to bottom the look and gender of our avatar. One of the key details will be the use of the power known as Chronotector. We are talking about a skill that allows let’s manipulate space-time, being able to manipulate it at will to advance, go back and even make the jump to alternative time lines. Of course, we must bear in mind that we will not fight alone in Chrono Odyssey.
Teamwork is elevated to the status of fundamental, as we will form groups to deal with the different threats of Setera. The bosses that we will meet are described as colossal beasts like Eltanius, a being of terrifying proportions. As if that were not enough, the different factions will not make it exactly easy for us either. We don’t have a release date yet, but the game is scheduled to hit PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
