Taking advantage of the publication of the financial results related to the first quarter of 2023, CD Projekt has announced that sales of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt surpassed 50 million copies.
This is undoubtedly an important and impressive result for the Polish company. No doubt The Witcher 3’s huge success was further fueled by the popularity of the Netflix TV series, but also the recent release of the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions contributed to the increase in sales.
CD Projekt has also made it known that, overall, the entire Witcher saga has sold more than 75 million copies.
