If it is up to the municipality of Zwolle, the Overijssel Liberation Festival will remain free of charge. Alderman Monique Schuttenbeld said this last night during the city council meeting. The municipality of Zwolle is one of the subsidy providers of the festival and wants everyone to be able to continue to visit the event without financial barriers.
