The Lord of the Rings: Gollum is finally out, but there’s no good news for Lord of the Rings fans. What happens is that the critics destroyed the Daedalic Entertainment game, considering that it fails in almost all its sections.
Because of this, the title debuted with very poor ratings on sites like Metacritic and OpenCritic. The title did so badly that it already ousted Redfall, another of the great disappointments of the year. So The Lord of the Rings: Gollum is now the worst release so far in 2023.
