TIMELINE – The National Police have imposed sanctions on the former West Sumatra Regional Police Chief, Teddy Minahasa was dishonorably dismissed.
Against the sanctions imposed, Teddy Minahasa filed an appeal.
“The violator expressed an appeal,” said Karo Penmas, Public Relations Division of the National Police, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan, Tuesday (30/5/2023) evening.
It is known that Teddy Minahasa was sanctioned by PTDH for his involvement in the methamphetamine-type narcotics distribution case by ordering his men to set aside evidence and replace it with alum.

Because of that, according to KKEP Polri, the actions of Teddy Minahasa were declared as disgraceful behavior.
The alleged violator ordered AKBP DP (Dody Prawiranegara) to set aside 41.4 kg of methamphetamine-type evidence, which was caught by the Bukittinggi Police Satresnarkoba, by replacing 5 kg of alum and ordering 5 kg of methamphetamine to be handed over to brother LP alias An ( Linda Pujiastuti alias Anita) for sale,” he explained.
PTDH’s decision was accompanied by the articles that were violated, namely Article 13 paragraph 1 of Government Regulation Number 1 of 2003 concerning Dismissal of Polri members in conjunction with Article 5 paragraph 1 letter b, Article 5 paragraph 1 letter c, Article 8 letter C number 1, Article 10 paragraph 1 letter d, Article 10 paragraph 1 letter f, Article 10 paragraph 2 letter h, Article 11 paragraph 1 letter a, and Article 13 letter e Police Regulation Number 7 of 2022 concerning the Professional Code of Ethics and the National Police Code of Ethics Commission.
